Shipping rates for our items are calculated based on the weight and cost of the item as well as shipping method, final shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

Faulty

Game Focus will only offer exchanges and refunds on FAULTY items. Items may be returned for refund or exchange provided Game Focus is notified via email within 28 days of delivery of the item.

Game Focus reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange requested for items after the 28 day period has expired.

Please note: for any exchange or refund to take place, you have to return the item in question to Game Focus. We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by an independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £2.00 for DVDs, CDs and video games. Postage costs for electronics and gadgets will depend on the item.

We advise you to check any DVD, CD or video game on a second machine and to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. If you have any technical questions about an item then you can email the store for assistance.

Please ensure that when buying a DVD or game that you purchase the correct product for your region. We are not responsible, and will not refund, any items due to incompatibilities caused by DVD players or consoles that have been modified or using swap discs to disable regional encoding.

Should an item be found to be defective we will first seek to repair or replace the item. If no repair or replacement can be issued, a refund will be given.

Incomplete or incorrect orders:

If in the event that you receive any items that have been delivered incorrectly or incomplete, Game Focus must be notified via email which should contain your order number, the title of the items you are returning, and the reason for return within 28 days of delivery of the item. Please wait for a response before returning items.

Please note that if you have ordered more than 1 copy of any item we will send these items separately, 1 copy will be sent and the remaining will be held and an email sent to the buyer to confirm that the shipping quantity is correct. On receipt of the response the remaining items will be sent or refunded accordingly.

If you have received the wrong item, the correct product will be dispatched once the original item has been returned to us. Items must be in same condition as when it was sent with all accessories and manuals that came with it. You will be reimbursed for any postage costs in returning an incorrect item.

After the 28 day period has passed we cannot rectify any problems with incorrect or incomplete orders.
